Attention ALL airsoft players and airsoft companies:
We wanted to inform everyone in the community to AVOID pre-ordering anything from Airsoft Innovations!
In June ’21 we pre-order MANY Flak-10 Shotguns from them with the promise of an August release… After numerous emails back and forth with reasons for their delay, Airsoft Innovations has stopped emailing us back ENTIRELY and will not answer their phone. This is not just our experience but appears to be the case with many other companies out there dealing with Airsoft Innovations.
We have enjoyed selling AI products for many years since they first came on the scene. They truly had such a unique line of products that it was hard not to. We understand delays, especially after Covid. But 8+ months and now not even messaging us back is the final straw. That is why it is with great sadness that our relationship with them has to end like this.
We are a small company and have invested THOUSANDS into these products that were promised and will MOST LIKELY never be delivered upon. Rest assured, unlike Airsoft Innovations we WILL be refunding all of our customers who have pre-ordered the Flak-10’s through us. If Airsoft Innovations ever refunds our money or delivers on these guns we will update/delete this post but until then, be warned!
