Return/Refund Policy

Shipping Issues:

Mishaps can occur when shipping some of the more fragile items. If there is any damage to your merchandise, the recipient must notify the carrier (UPS normally) and GoAirheads LLC within 5 business days. All packaging must be retained until shipper can inspect damages. Please take picture of package before opening it if damage is suspected. If signature is required please note any observable damage next to your signature. It is the customers responsibility to deal with the shipper directly if the product is damaged through shipping. GoAirheads will not be responsible for products broken during shipping though will help providing any information the shipper/customer needs through this process. 

CHARGE BACK & FRAUDULENT PURCHASES POLICY:
-All fraudulent charge backs are investigated, reported, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
-Unauthorized use and purchases will be reported to the local law enforcement agencies of the state in which the order originated in.
-GoAirheads cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use of a customer’s lost/stolen/borrowed/etc. credit card or payment account for any reason whatsoever. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to maintain physical/digital possession and security of their cards, payment services including but not limited to PayPal/Amazon Pay/Visa Checkout, and all other financial accounts and information.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase from GoAirheads. GoAirheads LLC has a 7 day return policy on all products sold. If you don’t like it, you can return all brand-new and unused products in the manufacturer’s original packaging to the store within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping both directions will be the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds and will be taken out of the refund after arrival of product back at GoAirheads LLC. If an item has been used, damaged, modified, or the manufacturers original packaging damaged it is not eligible for a return. Please look into our Warranty Policy instead.

Warranty Policy:

We provide a 30 day limited parts and labor warranty to keep you covered. Our 30 day limited parts and labor warranty is to cover manufacturer’s defects and modifications performed by GoAirheads LLC The warranty does not cover abuse to the item!

Some conditions that VOID Warranty:

  • Guns are used with any bb brands not offered by GoAirheads LLC
  • Any abuse of the gun that is outside of normal use
  • Any modifications of the gun that are not performed by GoAirheads LLC
  • Removal of the Orange Tip
  • Disassembly of the gun

Backorder Policy:

From time to time GoAirheads will sell out of certain guns/products. If we plan on restocking these items we will give the option to “backorder” them. If your order contains a backordered item your entire order will be placed “On Hold” until we receive your product. This can take between 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the item specifically. We will normally include an estimate on time frame for this item to come in with your “On Hold” email. You may cancel the order at anytime before the item has been sent out to you, HOWEVER, this will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to card processing fees associated with this. After we receive your backordered item it will be sent out to you within 24 hours of us receiving the item. This will all but guarantee you get the item ASAP often beating out all competitors backorder time frames.
